The maker documented these specifications in November 2013. Address prefix, serial number and hologram details must be recorded for each specimen; denomination alone does not resolve the variant. Announced batch quantities are not treated as final mintages. The resumed-sales post of May 2014, edited in February 2015, describes green addresses, a 1BF prefix for silver Bitcoin coins and BUYER-FUNDED laser markings. This is a general sales policy; specimen-level and per-denomination reconciliation remains open. Neither that marking nor the original batch count establishes a current balance.

The auctioneer documents this marking combination for the 0.1, 0.25 and 0.5 BTC denominations. It belongs within the denomination family, not an additional quantity on top of it. Inspect both the black address and the BUYER FUNDED marking; address colour alone does not establish the variant or current funding.
Auction documentation ↗November 2023 lot 7073 documents a 2013 silver 0.25 BTC specimen, serial 2588, with this combination. Gold describes the hologram colour, not the coin metal. The source’s broader 700-piece statement and approximate rarity language are not a verified count for this hologram subset. The pictured specimen is redeemed; that is not the status of every example.
