Identification notes
The maker explicitly identifies the signing date. Public and private keys are to be generated and loaded by the owner. The total is stated as 7.7 ounces without specifying an ounce standard; only the one-ounce silver component is explicitly troy. This is the enclosed wallet, not the separately sold canvas print. No current balance is established.
